The Registration application may be picked up from the Noor-Ul-Iman School Office between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. starting Monday, March 23, 2009. ( Please note that Noor-Ul-Iman School is closed for spring break from Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10, 2009.) Completed Registration Applications will be accepted from Monday, April 13, 2009 to Friday, April 17, 2009. Please do not bring in your Application before this time. The Registration Applications are being made available early to allow time for gathering the necessary materials. You will need to provide: - The Original Birth Certificate and Immunization Record for each child. Please note that to enter Pre-K your child must be at least three years of age by November 30, 2009 and toilet trained. To enter Kindergarten, your child must be five years of age by November 30, 2009, and be able to use the toilet independently.
- School Records for each child entering first grade or above. This includes report cards, standardized test scores, teacher’s evaluations, any reports or tests from learning specialists and any other additional information pertaining to your child’s education.
- A 10% Tuition Deposit. This deposit will be refunded if your child/children are not accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School. If your child/children are accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School the 10% Tuition Deposit will not be refunded if you withdraw your application.
If your child/children are accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School, a one-time Family Enrollment Fee of $2,000.00, a Book Fee of $100.00 per student in KG or above, a Science Lab Fee of $50 per student in 6th through 11th grade and 12th graders enrolled in science at Noor-Ul-Iman School, and an ISCJ membership fee of $350.00 must be submitted within 10 business days of the acceptance.
This year there will be limited openings for certain grade levels, so admission will be competitive. Criteria will include academic and behavioral performance for children entering first grade and up, and personal references. A family interview will also be required before acceptance.
Insha’Allah, decisions on all applications will be made no later than June 1, 2009, and the school will inform applicants of the decision sooner if possible. Please do not call the school to inquire about the status of your application before June 1st.
We hope that this letter helps to make the registration process clear. Remember that it is your responsibility to come to the school office on or after Monday, March 23, 2009 to pick up a Registration Application.

Note that inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of registration may result in the denial or revoking of admission to Noor-Ul-Iman School.
Please note: If your child/children are accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School, you must come to Noor-Ul-Iman School within ten business days of your acceptance to complete the Registration Process. (Specific dates will be provided in your acceptance letter.) The following payments must be submitted at the time of Registration: 1. One-time family enrollment fee of $2000 payable to Noor-Ul-Iman School. This fee can be paid in full at the time of registration or $500.00 can be paid at the time of registration and the remaining $1500.00 can be paid in installments. 2. A Book Fee of $100.00 per student entering KG or above. 3. A Science Lab Fee of $50.00 per student entering 6th grade or above. 4. Completed ISCJ Membership Form and Tax-Deductible Payment of $350.00 by check payable to the Islamic Society of Central Jersey or proof of paid 2009 ISCJ membership.
